Leigh Nolan Memorial UPARC Event

The 10th Annual Leigh Nolan Memorial UPARC Event to benefit the Upper Pinellas Association for Retarded Citizens (UPARC) will be held on November 1, 2009. This year we will continued to help raise awareness within our community to the important services that UPARC provides to our citizens. We will continue to strive to improved the recognition of the Leigh Nolan Event name through devices like this website, and work towards raising a significant amount of money to help further secure the future of UPARC.

Our appreciation goes out to all of the volunteers, sponsors, and participants in advance, who will be helping make this year’s event a huge success.
